My only small complaint is that the clothes could use a wash before being sent out, as they had a few surface marks that came off after I washed them, along with a bit of an odor. A quick wash on their part would fix these minor issues, but honestly, it’s a good idea to wash all new clothes anyway. That’s about it; this brand is fantastic, offering fairly priced, quality second-hand clothing if you’re after budget-friendly options, sustainability, vintage vibes, or all of the above! :)
